Payments for sessions are accepted via e-transfer or Credit Card.

Sliding Scale

Services may be offered on a sliding scale. Please contact me for more details. 

Insurance

Most insurance providers and/or your Extended Health Benefits may cover services in full or in part. Some insurance providers that cover full or part of Psychotherapy services include Sunlife and Great-West Life.

Please check with your provider to ensure services by a Registered Psychotherapist are covered. 

Cancellations

Please provide 24 hours notice for cancellations to allow us to give the slot to someone else who might need it.
