On a piece of paper, list everything that is on your mind right now.
Keep going. Write down all your thoughts.
All the things you “have to” get done.
Everything on your mind right now.
Write it all down.
When you’re done, go through your list.
Cross off everything you cannot do in this moment.
Breathe.

Keep it simple.
Focus on the present moment and your locus of control.
